SATELLITE FACILITIES 

The UHealth network has rapidly expanded throughout all of South Florida, and yazi is actively involved in the implementation of branded wayfinding throughout a number of UHealth facilities. Just a few of these projects include UHealth Solé Mia Medical  Center, UHealth Miami Beach, UHealth Palm Beach, UHealth Coral Springs, UHealth Jackson South, UHealth Jackson West, and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Deerfield Beach. For each project, we work closely with the UHealth team and local jurisdictions to consistently brand, direct, orient, and identify the hospitals and clinics—and expand UHealth’s presence throughout the South Florida community.

MIAMI HEALTH DISTRICT 

UHealth has a large presence in the Miami Health District including University of Miami Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and more. We have worked with UHealth to plan and design many different signage programs for facilities within the District including the Desai Sethi Urology Institute,  Dwoskin Proton Therapy Center, and the Soffer Family Clinical Research Center. To bring recognition to the Health District, we designed a gateway program of super graphics that utilize the existing public Metrorail track structures that run along NW 12th Avenue—the ‘main street’ of the District. This required careful design and coordination with both the FDOT and the Miami-Dade Transit Authority to be sure that the structures were not compromised and that our graphics did not hinder their ability to inspect the supports. 

Today, we continue our work with UHealth as they grow and expand their healthcare system throughout the South Florida community.
